Campgrounds are traditionally packed during the summer. Plus extra mileage adds to the cost. ALSO, New for 2021, a lot of Yellowstone RV campgrounds are advertising "No Rentals". We have had no issues or complaints in any of the campgrounds in the past. The word is that National Parks and National Forest are cracking down on rental companies delivering into their park.
We recommend staying outside the park in West Yellowstone, MT/ Gardiner, MT/ Island Park, ID/ Jackson Hole, WY. This will save you money on delivery and they are all within 30 miles of the Entrances.
